My name is Chevonne Lorigo-Johst and I am the Administrative Vice President for the MOMS Club of San Jose-Santana Row. We are an international non-profit organization for at-home mothers. In between diapers and family time we also strive to get involved in our community. This year we will be hosting a large raffle at our annual Year-end Banquet that will be held in early June with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society. Funds raised will be donated in memory of Norma Lorigo, my mother, who passed away last July after a five-year battle with Cervical Cancer.
The raffle will be open to the general public as well as MOMS Club members. We are hoping your company will consider donating goods, services, or funds to this event. All items, big or small, are greatly appreciated and we are happy to provide you with our Tax ID Number. As a token of our appreciation we are offering the following incentives for donations at the below estimated retail values:
$100.00+: Space at our Year-end Banquet for your company’s brochures, business cards, or coupons as well as a verbal announcement of your company and its contributions. Your business will also be personally thanked in our monthly newsletter.
$250.00+: All of the above incentives as well as three months complimentary advertising on our web site as a sponsor of our organization, including a description of your business and a link to your company’s web site.
$500.00+: All of the above incentives as well as three months complimentary advertising in our monthly newsletter. Ads are quarter-page, printed in black and white, and reach over thirty local residents.
While nothing can bring back a loved one, there is still hope and with your help and generosity we are one step closer to finding a cure.
